Each SLED chip has 57 LEDs. One SLED chip is controlled by two signal lines, and 57 SLED chips have 114 signal lines. It can control up to 14592 light-emitting points, and only 114 signal lines are needed to control all SLEDs.


The LED printer adopts a flat paper feeding path for one image. This paper feeding method can effectively reduce the paper jam rate, and can adapt to thicker paper passing, and can print 268 gsm thick paper. In addition, the distance between the LED head and the drum is very small, so the printer can be made very small. The official name of SLED technology is DELCIS, which is a digitally enhanced LED image control technology. The SLED technology was developed by the Japanese manufacturer Fuji Xerox. Its fundamental purpose is to reduce the size of the printer and the all-in-one, and to better control the volume of the product by changing the paper path and imaging method. The SLED technology is also developed to ensure high-quality output of the file. SLED technology can achieve true 1200×2400dpi resolution. It ensures high-quality output of 1200×2400dpi through advanced LED print head technology and higher-level imaging technology. Among them, the LED print head technology includes a new design lens, a 1200dpi precision Sled chip and a full-featured ASIC controller. The higher level imaging technology uses image enhancement processing and MACS hanging technology.


Compared with traditional LED printing technology, SLED technology can ensure users reduce the light interference between two adjacent LEDs, reduce the image stripe of traditional LED printers, reduce the generation of traditional printer bottom ash, and reduce LED printing. The machine network is too large and affects the print quality.
